                        Hockey Team Policies

01. No swearing or abusive language on the bench, in the rink, or at any
team function. First offense you will be asked to leave the event, the second
offense you will be suspended for one game, the third offense you will be 
dismissed from the team.

02. No lashing out at any official no matter what the call is. The
coaching staff will handle all matters pertaining to officiating.

03. Anyone who receives a penalty will skate directly to the penalty
box.

04. Fighting will not be tolerated.

05. There will be no drinking, smoking, chewing of tobacco, or use of
illegal substances at any team function.

06. You will conduct yourself in a befitting manner at all facilities
(ice rink, hotel, restaurant, etc.) during any team function.

07. You will be respectful to all coaching staff and team management, 
and address these individuals as sir or ma'am at all team functions.

08. You may be excused or late for team functions due to planned
family events, alternate sport/team game, Job related activities, 
or sickness provided the Coach is given prior notice of your absence
or tardiness. Any Player who has a unexcused absence for a team function
will sit one game at the discretion of the coaching staff.  

09. You will complete your off-ice warm-ups, be properly dressed, and
in the locker room 15 minutes prior to any practice. This will allow the
coaching staff time to go over the practice plan prior to the on-ice
session. You will arrive at least 45 minutes prior to a scheduled game.
You will arrive at least 10 minutes prior to any other team functions.
Any Player who is late for a game, practice, or any other team function 
will sit one (1) period for every 10 minutes late (up to one game).

10. Players who cannot abide by these rules or who repeatedly violate 
them will be subject to further disciplinary action up to removal from 
team.
